Returns

We take pride in the quality of our 4×4 accessories. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the conditions below.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
  • Proof of purchase is required

Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or used off‑road will not be accepted for return.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect  

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom made or special order items
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or offroad use
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request:

  • Photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

Where applicable, we will offer:

  • A replacement
  • A repair
  • Or a refund, at our discretion

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit
